– Our website is always open 24 hours a day. To contact customer service

there you can email customer service directly by completing the contact us
form and selecting customer service from the pull down menu. You can also
reach us at 702-951-0288. Our customer service department is open from 9:00
am – 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
Payment Options/Sales Tax – We take most major credit cards.
American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Sorry, we don’t accept
cash, checks, COD or wampum. Las Vegas bill to addresses are charged 8.1%
sales tax.
Shipping and Handling – Apna Radio Gift Shop ships via UPS,
generally on the same business day that you place your order. Orders must be
received prior to 3:00 PM MST or will be processed for shipping on the next
business day. We offer three shipping options to meet your needs for
delivery within the U.S.; Standard 5-7 days, Priority 2-3 days and Rush next
business day. At this time, we are unable to ship to international
addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.
Free Shippping – Offer good for
free standard UPS ground shipping on Apna Radio Gift Shop orders over $75.00
per shipping address. Applies to delivery addresses within the continental
United States. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Offer cannot be combined with any
other offers. Cannot be applied to previous or pending purchases. No price
adjustments on previous purchases. We reserve the right to cancel or modify

Multiple Ship-To Addresses - Looking to send the same gift to
multiple addresses? Maybe you need to send a thank you to each member of
your team. Apna Radio Gift Shop makes it easy. Simply add the names and
addresses to your Apna Radio Gift Shop personal address book and they will
be there to select when checking out. To edit your personal address book
simply go to the My Account section of our website and log-in into your
account.

Returns/Exchange Policy – We guarantee every item that leaves
our door. If for any reason you are not happy, simply repack the gift in
it’s original packaging (if possible) and call our customer service
department at 702-951-0288. Our customer service representative will provide
you with a Gift Return Authorization Number. Please include that number and
